SJSZ series conical twin screw plastic extruder has the feature of well-proportioned plasticizing and mixing, low shearing rate, high productivity, stable quality, wide adjustment, long using designing, easily operation and extruding of the PVC powder directly. Fixed with corresponding mould and auxiliary equipment, it can produce pipe, sheet, bar, profile plastic products and wood-plastic composite material, granular material, etc.

2, The cylinder of the conical twin screw plastic extruder uses a cast aluminum heating coil and wind cooling system. Thus, the extruding machine has quick and uniform heat transmission. Temperature range: 50~300℃, and the precision to ±1℃. 
3, The screw and barrel are made of high quality alloy steel undergo a nitrogen treatment to make sure they are hard and wearable. 
4, Different screws are designed for different formulas to create good plasticization effects. 
5, Machine equipped with vacuum pump to absorb material moisture for good quality products output.
6, The control system is well designed, utilizes famous brand device: ABB frequency changer, Schneider contact and circuit breaker, ORMON meter, PID controller for automatic temperature adjustment. There is protection device provides current protection, automatic failure diagnosis, and alarm.
7, Siemens PLC digital control panel is available for easy operation and reliable performance.
